By signing in, creating API keys, or calling VeloxAI APIs, you agree to use the platform legally, securely, and responsibly for your AI application. This content should receive legal review before commercial launch.
Account and security
You are responsible for organization access, protecting API keys, rotating keys when exposure is suspected, and ensuring team members only use permissions appropriate to their roles.
Acceptable use
Do not use VeloxAI to violate laws, invade privacy, create malware, spam, fraud, bypass security controls, exploit children, create hateful content, or cause serious harm. Model outputs must be reviewed before use in high-risk contexts.
AI providers and outputs
VeloxAI is a control plane across multiple providers. Model quality, latency, and availability depend on providers, configuration, quota, and inputs. You are responsible for evaluating outputs, citations, and automation decisions in your product.
Billing, credits, and FX
Credit pricing is canonical in USD. VND top-up uses a live FX rate when configured; if the rate is unavailable, VND top-up is locked instead of using a hard-coded fallback. Payment providers or banks may apply separate fees.
Service limits
VeloxAI may apply rate limits, quotas, sandbox limits, queue limits, and readiness checks to protect the system. Custom code tools run only in a hardened sandbox when configured.
