Privacy policy for developer AI workloads.
VeloxAI processes data to provide multi-model APIs, dashboards, billing, analytics, and technical support. This is suitable for a public MVP but should receive legal review before broad commercial launch.
Data we process
VeloxAI may process Google account details, organizations, team roles, API key hashes, usage events, billing records, payment order metadata, prompts, Knowledge Base documents, uploaded files, and model outputs when you use the service.
AI providers and subprocessors
Requests may be sent to configured AI providers, databases, queues, vector stores, object storage, email services, and payment providers. We do not sell customer data or use your content to train our own models without a clear agreement.
API keys and secrets
API keys use pk_live or pk_test formats, are revealed in full only once, and are stored as hashes. Webhook secrets, invite tokens, and sensitive payloads are hashed, encrypted, or redacted depending on the data type.
Billing and payments
Payment orders store amount, currency, provider, credit amount, FX snapshot for VND, transaction status, and audit metadata. VeloxAI does not directly store full card or wallet credentials.
Retention and deletion
Operational data is retained as needed for security, audit, billing, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. Organizations can request export or deletion through support, except for records we must keep for legal obligations.
